  Start work, pause, resume and finish with one tap. The screen shows whether you are working, since when, and today's hours.

  A tap is saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns, at the time it was made and marked as recorded offline.

  Every tap is kept with the time our server received it, never changed or deleted, and linked to the one before so a change would show.

• Hours calendar

  A month at a glance: each day greener the more you worked. As an employer, see the whole team's month or each person's.

• Corrections both sides approve

  A day wrong, or forgot to tap Finish? Ask for the change with the reason and your employer approves it, or the other way round. The original record stays and the corrected times are marked.

• Signed monthly timesheets

  Download the month as a PDF, as proof, or as a spreadsheet for your accountant or payroll software. Each document is signed, and anyone can check it at tiemio.com/verify.

• Your business's time

  Mainland Spain, the Canary Islands or the United Kingdom: days, weeks and months are cut at midnight in your business's time zone.

• Who is working right now

  Your dashboard shows each person working, on a break or not working, since when, and their hours today.

• Invite with a code

  Share a one-time code from your phone, or enter an email and Tiemio sends it. The code works once and lasts 14 days.

• Join requests you approve

  Employees join with your code or ask you by email. You accept or decline, and they get a notification when you do.

What Tiemio is not

Tiemio does one job: the working-time record the law asks for. It is not:

• Payroll: it gives your adviser or payroll software the hours, it does not pay anyone.
• Holidays, absences or shift planning.
• An HR file: no contracts, documents or performance reviews.
• Location tracking: no GPS, no geofence, no photos to check who clocked in.
• Project or client time: hours are recorded per employer, not per task.
