Delete it yourself

In Tiemio (website or app), open Account and choose Delete account. We send a one-time code to your email to confirm; once you enter it, the account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us by email

If you can no longer sign in, email hello [at] tiemio.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Tiemioaccount”. We complete these requests within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and activity dates.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device, pending sign-in codes and registered devices for notifications.
• Everything else in your account that the law does not require us to keep.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires, plus the security log below. Working-time records must be kept for four years under Spanish law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, art. 34.9): they are kept for that period, then deleted. The security log of your account's actions holds your account number but not your email or name, and is deleted after two years. Our hosting provider's request logs expire on their own schedule.
