Terms of Use

About these terms

Tiemio (the website and the apps) is provided by IncubIQ Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Cardiff), company number 08788612 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Tiemio, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the accuracy of what you enter.
  • Tell us promptly at hello [at] tiemio.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Tiemio. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you. Your content must be lawful and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Tiemio: no attempts to break or overload it, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Employers and employees

An employer uses Tiemio to keep the working-time records the law requires of them, and links the people who work for them by an invitation or by accepting their request. The employer decides what is recorded and is responsible for it towards their employees. An employee can leave an employer at any time; the records already made stay with that employer for the period the law requires.

Free trial and paid seats

An employer's account starts with a free trial of 15 days for up to 20 employees, without a card. To keep recording after the trial, or to have more employees, the employer pays per employee (a “seat”). Without a seat, employees cannot start new records; every record already made stays available to the employer to view and export.

Seats can be paid monthly or yearly, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page when the seat is added, plus VAT. A seat keeps that price for as long as the subscription keeps it; switching between monthly and yearly moves every seat to the current price of the new interval. Added seats are charged straight away for the rest of the period; removed seats are credited for the unused time against later invoices. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing: your seats stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately. We will tell you in advance of a price change, and it applies only to seats added after it.

A one-off seat is paid once, plus VAT, for one employee who has joined. It covers that employee for as long as they work for that employer in Tiemio, ends when that employment ends, and cannot be moved to anyone else. If we ever stop providing Tiemio, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to export every record.

If you pay as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By starting to use paid seats straight away you ask us to begin the service within that period; if you then withdraw, we refund the amount for the days not used. A one-off seat you withdraw from is refunded in full, and the seat ends.

On iPhone, seats can also be bought in the app as an App Store subscription covering up to a number of employees, monthly or yearly. Apple takes the payment under its own terms (the App Store's licence agreement), at the price the App Store shows when you subscribe, VAT included. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Moving to a larger plan applies at once; moving to a smaller one applies at the next renewal. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in your App Store settings first. A price change applies only to new subscriptions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tiemio available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will tell you in advance of changes that significantly affect you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use Tiemio as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Ending your use

You can stop using Tiemio and delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may end these terms if you seriously breach them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
