Why Tiemio

Just time tracking. Nothing you don't need.

Whether you employ one gardener or run a team of twenty, Tiemio keeps working-time records simple.

Made for Spanish law

Built around article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute: daily start and finish, kept for four years, ready for an inspection.

Sized for 1 to 20 employees

No HR suite, no setup project. Invite your team from your phone and you are done.

Effortless for your employees

One tap to clock in. No password, no training.

Tamper-evident records

Every correction is a new entry that says who asked, who approved and why.

€1 per employee

Per month, plus VAT. You only pay for the people who clock in.

In four languages

Spanish, Catalan, Basque and English, for you and for each employee.

Required by law since 2019

The law asks for it. Tiemio takes care of it.

Start and finish, every day

Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute requires a daily record of when each working day starts and ends.

Kept for four years

Records are kept for four years and stay available even after the employee leaves.

Ready for an inspection

For the employee, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate, whenever they ask.

How it works

Three steps, then forget about it.

  1. 1.Invite your employee

Send them a code from your phone. They join with it, no password needed.

  2. 2.One tap to clock in

Start, breaks and finish from their phone. Made a mistake? They ask for a correction.

  3. 3.You see everything

Hours for the day, the week and the month, and a monthly summary ready to export.

For both sides

Built for the person who clocks in and the person who signs off.

For your employee

A button, not a chore

  • Clock in, out and breaks with one tap
  • Their hours for the day, the week and the month
  • Ask for a correction if they forgot to clock

For you

Peace of mind, no paperwork

  • Approve or decline every correction
  • A full history: who, when and why
  • Monthly summaries for the inspectorate

Tamper-evident

A record nobody can touch up.

Every clock-in is stored with the server's time, not just the phone's. Nothing is deleted or edited: a correction is a new entry that points to the original and says who asked, who approved and why.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to record working time with just one employee?

Yes. The obligation in article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute does not depend on the size of the business: it applies from the first employee.

Does my employee need to install anything?

They can clock in from the iPhone or Android app, or from the browser on their phone or computer.

What if they forget to clock in?

They ask for a correction in the app. You approve or decline it, and the original record stays as it was, with the correction linked to it.

How long are the records kept?

Four years, as the law requires, even after the employee stops working for you.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan per employee: monthly, yearly or a one-off payment. If you choose none, you are not charged anything.
